Individual Study
PCPL has two study rooms available to the public. Each room has a table, two chairs and electrical outlets. Wi-Fi access is available via the wireless network PCPLGuest.
These rooms cannot be reserved, and are available only when the library is open.
Meeting Space
This conference room features a table with ten seats, and five additional chairs, a whiteboard, and a small counter. The exterior windows have adjustable window blinds and look out at the library patio. Wi-Fi access is available via the wireless network PCPLGuest.
The small conference room is only available during library open hours. Advance reservation is required.
Meeting Space
The large conference room is equipped with chairs and folding tables which can be used for meetings, workshops, or presentations. There is a whiteboard, ceiling projector, and a small kitchenette. Wi-Fi access is available via the wireless network PCPLGuest.
Advance reservation is required. If using the projector, or reserving the room after hours, a key must be checked out.
Meeting & Study Rooms
- Reservations are conditional. The Library reserves the right to change or cancel any meeting reservation if changing circumstances require this. Room assignments may also be changed based on the size of the group.
- Reservations may not be made more than 6 months in advance, and are limited to three hours or less by default.
- The small conference room is available during library open hours only. Meetings must end 15 minutes before closing time.
- The large conference room is available during and after library open hours with the proper arrangements in place with library staff.
- For each session, for-profit enterprises will pay $50.00. The Library Director will be the final arbiter as to which groups are considered for-profit, non-profit or exempt.
